Privacy policy

Weblementary is operated by Denkhaus Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what personal data we collect through weblementary.com, why, and what you can do about it. For any question or request, write to [email protected].

What we collect

  • What you send us through our forms: your name, email, company, phone, website, your message and the answers you give in the AI audit form, the language you used and, if you check the box, that you want to receive updates.
  • Technical data: like any website, the services that host and protect it record technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Your language preference: if you switch between English and Spanish, your browser remembers the choice. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

What we use it for

  • To reply to your message and prepare the review, audit or proposal you asked for.
  • If you checked the box to receive updates, to send you occasional news from Weblementary. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Who else processes it

We rely on a few providers to run the site and handle your messages. They process data on our behalf:

  • Formspree receives the forms and forwards them to us.
  • Google Workspace hosts our email.
  • Cloudflare handles our domain, delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
  • Railway hosts the site.

Most of these providers store data in the United States, so your data may be transferred there.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for up to two years after our last exchange. If you become a client, we keep what the project and our tax and accounting obligations require. If you subscribed to updates, we keep your email until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for updates. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.

  • Argentina: you can exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest, as set out in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law 25,326. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights have been affected.
  • European Union and United Kingdom: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
  • United States: we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Minors

Our services are meant for businesses and for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
